The Ninth Pay Revision Commission appointed by the State government in July 2008 is submit its report. Sources said later after receiving the report, the Chief Minister was expected to accept it and make a formal announcement enhancing salaries, allowances and perks to the government staff. The employees are being paid an interim relief of 22 per cent pending submission of the report.
